Who We Serve

Homeowners, property owners, referral partners, and aging-in-place clients across the High Country.

Clients and Partners. One Local Professional.

Whether you're the older adult who needs local support, the adult child who needs eyes on the ground, or the professional who needs someone to refer to — I serve all of you.

Homeowners

You've got a list — repairs that keep getting put off, a bathroom that needs updating, a deck that needs attention. You want one reliable local person who shows up, does good work, and stands behind it.

  • Repairs, fixtures, and odd jobs
  • Bathroom and accessibility remodels
  • Painting, carpentry, and finish work
  • Seasonal maintenance and upkeep
  • One point of contact, start to finish

Second-Home & Rental Owners

Your place in the High Country sits empty part of the year, or it's a short-term rental that needs to stay guest-ready. You need local boots on the ground — someone to check on it, keep it up, and handle the work when you can't be here.

  • Seasonal residents and snowbirds
  • Second-home and cabin owners
  • Short-term rental owners
  • Out-of-state families with property here
  • Between-guest turnover and upkeep

Referral Professionals

You encounter homeowners in your work who need repairs, remodeling, or a CAPS-certified eye for aging-in-place — and you need a reliable local pro to hand that off to without losing the client relationship.

  • Home inspectors and general contractors
  • Property managers and SRES agents
  • Real estate and HOA professionals
  • OTs, PTs, and discharge planners
  • Elder-law attorneys and aging-services orgs

Aging-in-Place Clients

You want to stay in your High Country home as your needs change. As a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist, I handle the modifications that make that possible — and out-of-area family gets someone local who shows up and stays in touch.

  • Wants to stay at home long-term
  • Needs grab bars, ramps, or stair work
  • Bathroom aging-in-place conversions
  • Planning ahead after a fall or health change
  • Out-of-area family wanting a local pro

Simple, Direct, No Surprises

You call or text, I come look at the work, and you get a clear quote before anything starts. No call centers, no runaround, no pressure.

The same person who quotes the job is the person who shows up and does it. You always know who's coming to your home and who to call if you need something.

For aging-in-place modification work, some long-term care insurance policies may reimburse a portion — I'm happy to provide documentation to support a claim. Just ask.
