Schedule a free consultation — or just call and tell us what’s going on. No pressure, no obligation.
Let’s Talk
The initial consultation is completely free. Tell us what you’re dealing with — we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help and what it would cost. Most people feel better just having talked to someone who knows the local landscape.
Still wondering if we’re the right fit? These are the questions we hear most often.
A free 20–30 minute phone or in-home conversation to understand your situation. We’ll listen, ask the right questions, and give you an honest assessment of whether our services are a good fit — with no obligation to proceed.
Yes — frequently. Many of our clients are adult children living outside the area who need a trusted local contact for their aging parent. We can serve as your eyes and ears on the ground, coordinating care, attending appointments, and keeping you informed.
We typically schedule within one week of agreement. In urgent situations — post-hospital discharge, a fall, a sudden change in condition — we do our best to respond within 24–48 hours.
We are a private-pay service and do not bill Medicare or Medicaid directly. Some long-term care insurance policies may reimburse for care coordination and home modification services — we’re happy to provide documentation to support a claim. Contact your insurer to confirm your policy details.
We serve six counties across the NC High Country: Watauga, Ashe, Avery, Alleghany, Mitchell, and Wilkes. Travel is factored into our pricing by zone — we’ll always be upfront about any travel charges before work begins.
Yes. Whether it’s a sudden hospitalization, a family member who can no longer safely live alone, or a situation that just got overwhelming overnight — call or text us directly at (828) 616-9333. We’ll do our best to respond the same day.
Home care agencies provide hands-on personal care — bathing, dressing, medication administration. We provide coordination, advocacy, home safety modifications, and document organization. We complement home care agencies and are happy to help coordinate those services when needed.
